1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable
• Once the product is accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was successfully made but product was not delivered
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• Duplicate payment was made
• Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Resolution Process

If you face any issue:

• Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide proof of payment and issue details

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may:

• Re-send the eBook
• Provide an alternative download link
• Replacement will be done within 3-5 Business days.
